Shipping Coverage
Our Family House currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are calculated by combining processing time and shipping transit time.
We work with reliable U.S. shipping carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery of all orders.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are usually processed the same day.
Orders submitted after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that every order undergoes quality inspection and secure packaging before shipment, which is included within the processing timeframe.

Package Protection & Lost Shipments
All orders include complimentary parcel insurance at no extra charge.
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us at info@ourfamilyhouse.com. Our team will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link to monitor delivery progress
This allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch through final delivery.
